This shows the evolution of Google, from a simple search engine to a giant on inovation.
The Glass eyewear perches a screen just above a person's ordinary field of view; the device itself is equipped with a processor, camera, head-tracking orientation sensors, and other electronics drawn from the smartphone industry.
Google started selling glasses to developpers ($1500) last year and they are due to ship this year, the comercial version should hit the public on 2014, but you can try to get your hands on one before that on 'How to get one'.
